About App Account

1. How to request deletion of an app account

Since the app does not acquire indivisual information, it is not possible to confirm from the web whether the deletion request is from the app user.
Therefore, any request to delete an app account must be made within the app.
If the app has already been uninstalled, install the app again on the same device and create a new user with the account name you want to delete.
You cannot confirm your app account from another device. Also, even if it is the same device, if the device has been reset or the device user is changed, the app account may not be confirmed.
Please note that if we are unable to confirm your app account, we may not be able to comply with your deletion request.

Linking with Google Classroom

1. What does it mean to link with Google Classroom?

Google Classroom is a simple, easy-to-use tool to support teacher management of class.

If you link Programming Zemi and Google Classroom, then the teacher can make assignments using the Programming Zemi Web UI, and students can turn in their assignments using the app. Teachers can also use the Google Classroom web UI to check, return, and grade assignments, so linking Programming Zemi and Google Classroom helps both teachers and students to study programming more effectively.

2. I can't find the "Link with Google Classroom" button on the space management page.

Linking to Google Classroom is only possible when Teacher Mode is enabled in your space. Make sure your maximum number of teachers is at least one in your space settings.
